The Manufacturing Institute is celebrating record customer satisfaction scores across all of its programmes.
The Manchester-based Institute has been delivering training an education programmes to manufacturers from businesses large and small for 23 years.
And the team have continued to build on their exceptional levels of customer satisfaction scores across their ever-popular courses which include Six Sigma, Accelerated Route to Lean, the Team Leader Development Programme and Shingo Discovery workshops.
The average score for Public Delivery programmes has risen year on year to 95.4% and the In-Company programme score has risen year on year to 92.7%.
The overall customer satisfaction score so far for the 2017/18 financial year is 94.0%.
